Easter

  Happy Easter (a day late)!

 
  Sunday morning the kiddos woke up to their goodies from the Easter bunny...

 

...then we had a big breakfast of hash brown casserole with cinnamon buns. 

 

 

 

Next came dying eggs!  Hailey loved this!

 

 

 

 

 

Then Daddy hid them outside and she went on an egg hunt (about 5 times, because each time she finished finding them all she wanted to do it again)...

 

(yes, she is still in her pj's, if you noticed that-- we had a lazy day)

 

 

 

Then we broke out the kite because it was the perfect breezy day for it..

We finished the day with a big dinner.  I made ham, potatos au gratin, broccoli salad, and yeast rolls.

 

Oh, and can't forget these bad boys.  Little carrot cakes for dessert. 

 

They were sooo good, if I do say so myself!
